Cooking classes

Do you want to make your vacation even more authentic? In the cooking workshops, we will learn how to prepare homemade pasta, enriched with flowers and plants, transforming unusual ingredients into unique dishes. In the end, you will be able to enjoy together the fruit of our work, sharing a special culinary experience.

1. Discovering the ingredients and their potential

In my cooking workshops, the journey begins with a walk through the plants I cultivate in my garden. Every ingredient has a story to tell, and the first step is to get to know the aromatic herbs, medicinal plants, and flowers that often escape our attention.

Together, we will explore how these elements, often considered “wild,” can be transformed into true stars of the kitchen. You will learn to recognize their strength, their properties, and how they can enrich every dish, bringing freshness and new flavors. It will be a sensory experience that stimulates taste, smell, and curiosity.

2. Creating with nature: pasta and traditional shapes

The heart of the workshop is making homemade pasta.

In this moment, traditional knowledge blends with my creative vision, giving life to shapes that tell the past while looking toward the future. You will learn to work with pasta using flowers, leaves, and natural pigments to create unique, colorful shapes full of texture. It’s not just about preparing a dish, but about unleashing your creativity by combining ingredients and techniques in innovative ways. Every shape you create will be a personal expression of what nature offers you at that moment.

3. Innovating with local ingredients

Once the pasta basics are ready, we will focus on using wild plants and local species to enrich the dishes.

We will talk about how to integrate unusual plants, roots, and edible flowers, creating bold and innovative pairings. You will learn to use these ingredients intelligently, respecting their natural cycles and preserving their authentic character. Every dish we prepare together will have a touch of originality, where flavors intertwine with tradition and the search for new balances between taste, color, and health.

4. Sharing and enjoying the result together

At the end of the workshop, after creating and cooking together, the time will come to sit down and savor what we have prepared.

Sharing food is an experience that goes beyond just eating: it is the culmination of a journey that has allowed us to experiment, learn, and have fun. In an informal and convivial atmosphere, you will taste dishes full of meaning, telling the story of the work, passion, and nature that guided us. Every bite will be a moment of satisfaction, an opportunity to reflect on how cooking can be an act of creativity and connection with the world around us.
